Quality Control measures must be in place so as to ensure consistent standards and the best organization learns from past mistakes and constantly strives to improve the consumer’s experience in every aspect.
By consolidating and analyzing the reports from Mystery Shopping Surveys carried out over a period of time, our clients would be able to obtain a macro view of the organizations’ strengths and weaknesses.
We help our clients keep track of their performance and standards by collating all the data from the Mystery Shopping Surveys conducted and provide a quick reference guide, which would consist of:
- Graphs and charts of key performance indicators over the period
- A list of key problem areas that occurred during the period
- MS3′s recommendations and effective solutions that took place to address the problems
- A summary of things to avoid and checklists for each function of the organization
This facilitates training of employees by Quality Managers and Finance Control Managers and aids in ensuring a smooth transition and/or complete handing over when there is a change in management.
In addition to consolidating and analyzing Quality Guides for our clients, certificates are awarded to our clients when high ratings for overall shopping experience have been achieved consistently for each quarter. This serves as a testament to both our client and our commitment to enhancing the shopping experience for its valued customers.
