Classification and Accreditation for Star-rated Tourist Hotels (GB/T14308-2010)

China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) has released a 2010 edition of national standard Classification & Accreditation for Star-rated Tourist Hotels (GB/T14308-2010) and it will officially come into effect on January 1st this year.

This fourth revision to the star-rated evaluation standard for star-rated hotels places emphasis on the requirements for mandatory items, core products (rooms), environmental protection, emergency management, service quality and specialized operations.
