Integrity Tests

Integrity Tests are implemented to test the honesty of the staff and to source out loopholes in the payment policies implemented by the company.  These tests are extremely important as it prevents possible thefts and unnecessary loss of profits to the company. It also serves as a deterrent to ill intentioned staff and discourages staff from trying to keep the money when customers pay in cash.

Classic Integrity Test, are checks done when there is no particular suspicious employee but there exist reasons for doubt of your employees’ integrity. There tests are administered randomly and results in employees thinking twice about keeping money as they run the risk of being caught.

Reinforced Integrity Tests are checks where location and time frame are specified and is extremely useful when there is a particularly suspicious employee whom the company would like the mystery shopper to check on. MS3 would then arrange for the mystery shopper to conduct the test during the employee’s working shift.
