Audit Mystery Shopping

Trained and/or professional mystery shoppers compile detailed data, both general and scenario specific observations. Unlike Classic Mystery Shopping, in depth analysis is made possible based on the detailed observations recorded. Specific scenarios could be conducted to target particular functions or to test level of adherence to company policies and campaigns.

Reports generated from Audit Mystery Shopping can be used as a basis for conducting training for employees and Mystery Shoppers would be carefully selected to fit our clients’ requirements.
